Gundam War in the Closet - 13 Trial

The 13th episode of my stop motion series. After this episode, you'll no longer see the normal Arios and Cherudim as I'll be featuring their later versions; the Ascalon and SAGA. You're most likely to see Unicorn too but I haven't quite decided what his role would be though. Till then, stay tuned =)

New interest!!Action Figure Figutto! MECHANICALS Armored Core Series!

 Over the years I've wished for an Armored Core figure that I can use play with without the fear of breaking it. Most of you might not know this but I'm an Armored Core Veteran. I've played all the games, including mobile phone versions. I love it as much as I love Gundam, even greater! If there was a Robot Damashii version of AC, I would have collected them instead of Gundam. Just recently, I found out that there's gonna be an action figure of AC, and I was overjoyed!

Griffon Enterprises: Figutto! Mechanicals toyline will include the Armored core series, Ninebreaker being the first of the line.

The figures will be released somewhere in mid 2011. Damn I can't wait! Expect to see some AC stop motion action by then =)

Gundam War in the Closet - 12 Trapped

Update

Been quite busy with life and I haven't been able to update this blog for a while. One of the few reasons I wasn't able to make some videos lately is because I've been trying out stuffs to utilize green screen with only a web cam. I also realized that my PC wasn't good enough to edit videos proficiently.  Over a month has passed and no success at all, I finally gave up and am now planing to buy my very own HD camera in the future. Until then, please bear with the crappy quality. I'll be releasing newer vids by next week, look forward to seeing new stuff  =)

Gundam War in the Closet - 11 Angel Hunt

Just so you guys know, I'm planning to create a different series from what I have right now, and it'll feature Unicorn Gundam as its main mecha. Just not too sure about the plot yet. I'll start making it once I'm done with my current project =)

Space physics Tutorial

I haven't updated this blog for a while, I've been very busy for the past week. Anaheim participated in a local toy convention and a cosplay event which had me busy and so I haven't made any new stop motion lately. I also have to worry about my classes next week -___- But once things have settle down, I'll make it up to you guys. For now, here's a rather short tutorial, I'm not even sure if this'll be useful but...whatever =)

Beam saber Tutorial

I really had fun making this tutorial, even though I was so tired, I can't pull myself out of my desk and sleep. For this tutorial, we'll teach you how to animate beam sabers the "Anaheim hobby" way! 

To imitate this style of  animation, you'll need the following:

Inside Unicorn Gundam

I did some photoshop editing to imitate the Gundam Unicorn Cockpit view so I can use it someday on my stop motion series. Here are some examples of the HUDs I've edited, you can use them if you want, I don't really own them or anything=)

And if you put one of the HUDs on layer with a stop motion video that was meant to be on first person view, it'll result to a realistic immitation of being on a cockpit =)

Inside the Gundam

I tested some HUD files I found on the net and tried molding them with a video of mine. Not as Dynamic as I thought it would be but it's a start =)

In anticipation of Gundam Unicorn episode 2's release,Bandai released a preview of the first 14 minutes of the show where we can see Unicorn Destroy mode in action.  Here's part 1 of the preview:

I made a little something out of boredom. Turned out great and so I tried editing it a bit,and now it's actually not that bad =)

Stop-motion Tutorials: Shooting

A bunch of friends online once pm'ed me to make a turtorial about how I did my effects. I've given some thought about it for quite some time now and I figured that if I split the tutorial to parts, I might be able to pull it off even with my busy schedule.
